Arise Coaching and Therapeutic Services (ACTS) is a Miami Gardens-based mental health service and life coaching practice dedicated to guiding individuals and families toward healing and growth. ACTS offers comprehensive mental health counseling, neuropsychological evaluations, immigration psychological assessments, and bariatric evaluations. Their compassionate therapists specialize in assisting clients through difficult transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes, with a particular focus on addressing perinatal and postpartum mood disorders. They provide therapy services both in-person and online, with language assistance available in English, Haitian Creole, and Spanish.
